Florence Columbus founded Oceans Medical Staffing in 2010, bringing a personalized, boutique approach to healthcare staffing. With over 20 years of experience in healthcare recruiting, she works closely with clients and candidates to build meaningful, long-lasting relationships.

Passionate about helping healthcare professionals find great opportunities, Florence is dedicated to understanding the unique needs of each organization and individual, ensuring the right fit every time. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Science from California State University, Los Angeles, following Pre-Nursing studies, and has been dedicating herself to healthcare staffing since 2004.
